Abertis Chair France was created in 2011 in collaboration with the École des Ponts –
Univ. ParisTech.
The Abertis Chair link university and enterprise engaging research and innovation
activities in the field of Transport Infrastructure Management and Road Safety. On
an annual basis announce the Abertis Award, aimed at graduate and doctoral
students from all universities in the country.
Abertis chairs in all countries make up the International Network of Abertis Chairs,
from where the Abertis International Award is awarded annually in its two
categories of transport infrastructure management and road safety, distinguishing
the best works among the winners from all countries.
